Our colleges are a product of the modern world. At intervals the last century, our lecture rooms have grown from self-contained ecosystems to discussion forums for world ideas, a secure area for the sharing of diverse ideologies. By operating to encourage a pluralistic approach and developing skills for inclusive discourse, we will facilitate students to achieve today’s world atmosphere. The theory of pluralism refers to a syndicate of people from different places to share their diversified cultural ideologies.
