Project is an endeavor that implies setting goals and to execute it requires a project manager. The project manager identifies goals and vision and gives direction to the successful completion of the project. Project manager offers a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the project by consistently keeping an eye. So a project manager should carry on certain things:

1. Initiating: Project managers first should define its objectives, purpose, and scope.
2. Planning: Develop a plan with stakeholders and outline goals.
3. Executing: Team members complete work that has been planned in order to achieve the goals of the project.
4. Issue Identification & Resolving
5. Budgeting
6. Manage time
7. Monitoring & controlling.
8. Closing.
