What is direct mail advertising?
It is nothing more than the mass distribution of promotional emails to large groups of email subscribers who have been chosen from a database of data based on specified criteria. It is also important to stress that this is a sort of advertising that, while not quite to the point, targets viewers. It is important to note here that in order to send specific users a promotional email, it is necessary to legally compromise their email addresses as soon as possible. To put it bluntly, this message could be interpreted as spam (unwanted knowledge) and have legal repercussions.

In order to send out promotional mailings, government agencies more often than not use outside delivery services that have large databases of data, including legally stored email addresses of users who, in one way or another, gave their consent to receive promotional mailings from the aforementioned agency.
